Security Deposit Policy

To protect our property and ensure compliance with house rules:
• A refundable security deposit of R500 – R1,000 (depending on booking size) may be required.
• The deposit is payable upon arrival or before check-in.
• The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, once the room inspection is completed.

The deposit may be used to cover:
• Damages to property
• Missing items
• Excessive cleaning
• Noise violations
• Unauthorized guests

Pool Private Use Policy

Private use of the swimming pool can be arranged subject to availability.
• A Private Pool Reservation Fee applies (e.g., R200–R500 depending on duration).
• Private pool access must be booked in advance.
• Pool use is limited to registered guests only.
• No outside visitors allowed.
• No alcohol abuse, loud music, or parties allowed.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Management reserves the right to cancel pool access if rules are violated.

Failure to comply may result in:
• Immediate termination of booking

• Loss of security deposit
• Additional charges
