Security Deposit Policy

To protect our property and ensure compliance with house rules:

•A refundable security deposit of R500 – R1,000 (depending on booking size) may be required.

•The deposit is payable upon arrival or before check-in.

•The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, once the room inspection is completed.

The deposit may be used to cover:

•Damages to property

•Missing items

•Excessive cleaning

•Noise violations

•Unauthorized guests

Pool Private Use Policy

Private use of the swimming pool can be arranged subject to availability.

•A Private Pool Reservation Fee applies (e.g., R200–R500 depending on duration).

•Private pool access must be booked in advance.

•Pool use is limited to registered guests only.

•No outside visitors allowed.

•No alcohol abuse, loud music, or parties allowed.

•Children must be supervised at all times.

•Management reserves the right to cancel pool access if rules are violated.

Failure to comply may result in:

•Immediate termination of booking

•Loss of security deposit

•Additional charges
